Isaac & Roman are two otters who work at a run down, radio transmitter station in Boomerang Bay . They are the primary quest givers involved with getting Critter Cove's radio station back to broadcasting, and act as the Radio hosts once it is live on the air again. Isaac & Roman live together in Boomerang Bay & are never seen apart. They both act as informational NPCs in regards to fixing the radio tower.
Isaac[]
Isaac is a male Otter with dark brown fur who acts as the quest NPC for fixing the radio tower. He is doubtful that it will get fixed, but gives the Captain the task anyhow. He is a bit of a practical pessimist when it comes to getting the radio broadcasting again, as he is genuinely surprised when the Captain returns with the fixed radio, not expecting them to come back, but happy that they did.
Roman[]
Roman is a male Otter with light brown fur who seems to be very work oriented. When the Captain talks to him, he always mentions something along the lines of him needing to get work done, or there's no time to chit chat, and sometimes directs the Captain to talk to Isaac instead.
