Map can be opened in using the M key. Click the X if you want to close it again. It shows the current location of the player, the ship, ship wrecks, dive sites, temp. housing and treasures.
At the beginning of the game, the player starts on an island which is also called Critter Cove. West of it is another island called Shallow Sands. Sunken Ruins is lying more South of Critter Cove and another smaller island is called Hot Tropic, South-West of Shallow Sands.
Please keep in mind, this is a summary from a demo presentation and some names or places might still change in the final game!
