Quest Description[]
I met a pair of brothers, Roman and Isaac, on Boomerang Bay. They are trying to fix up an old damaged radio tower so they can start doing weather reports. Unfortunately, they don't have the things they need to fix it up and have asked me to lend a hand.
Repair Radio Tower[]
The first thing the brothers need is materials to fix up the damage to the tower. They asked me to bring them:

Talk to Isaac[]
Roman is going to fix up the tower. He told me to speak to Isaac to find out what to do next.
Collect Dishes for Tower[]
In order to boost the signal, Isaac told me they will need me to gather some radio dish from the ruins of old world buildings. 4 should be enough. He recommended I check out the Sunken City but any ruins should do.

Isaac is going to install the radio dish and told me to check back in with Roman.
Make a Control Panel[]
The control panel on the tower is shot. In order to get it working again, Roman is going to need me to get him a new one.
Talk to Isaac[]
Roman is attaching the new control panel to the radio tower and told me to talk with Isaac again.
Find a Radio[]
Isaac thinks the tower is almost ready but they are going to need to test it out. He told me to travel to the Sunken City again and search for an antique radio. He thinks he can get it working again and use it to check the signal.
